Asus P52F Laptop Review


After much research , i decided to go for Asus P52F Commercial Business Laptop,
here is my review on it,

My review of Asus P52F :



  • Windows 7 gave a rating of 3.8 on 2GB Ram



  • Has good Software support







  • Battery seems to be good from my experience




After Installing UBUNTU 11.04 found that every thing was working fine , did'nt yet check with webcam , but video , audio , keypad , working smoothly.               

 
In ubuntu , cpufreq-info shows the following :


     





if you carefully see the information the cpu was actually  running at 1.2 GHZ at low load , so that it was optimized for battery life (hurray ) but UBUNTU did not detect the Turbo Boost supported by the processor that can clock it up to 2.9 GHZ, anyways i will find out how to install that later ,


The video and audio performance are good and enough for me, as i only intend to use it for programming and occasionally for videos.
Windows 7 Compatibility

   NO ISSUES , LAPTOP WELL SUPPORTED FOR WINDOWS 7 with all drivers provided by manufacturer

Conclusion

Overall given the price, build quality and performance , ASUS P52F is a very good Laptop and i would recommend to others.

Converting OVA file to VMX file
